Supported Living

We offer shared supported accommodation with 24 hour support and sleep-in staff. All clients have a tenancy which includes a single room and access to shared facilities. Some meals are provided with clients encouraged to have as much choice and involvement as possible and also encouraged and supported to make health meals.

Who can refer?

Referrals will be accepted from anybody.

You must have a primary diagnosis of mental ill health and must also meet

the Fair Access to Care criteria for funding for support by Leeds Adult Social Care. An assessment will need to take place and this will be done by a social worker to make sure that there is funding available for you before an assessment is done by us.
